Worcester Bosch Diamond. The woman was really rude and made me guiseey awful, she said " its not really ok its been a week and you have only found this out" and would put a note on my for Craig.

We have used gas to heat water only four or five times since Easter. I think we were perhaps one evening without heating which was much better than I expected.

I dont normally leave negative feedback but was left with that horrid feeling. Definitely recommend LPS for this sort of install.

The week guiseleu it was installed i called the bank to transfere the money and was told i needed to give 7 days notice, i genually hadn't been aware of this. Great service, great price and great customer service until that point. The system performance over the last six months has been excellent.

Shame as up until that point they were really good, unfortunatly i have been put off using them again or recomending them, once your commited to them the customer service goes out the window.
